Q: How long will this take?

A: Our usual turnaround time is 3-5 weeks once we receive the items.  With shipping back and forth, the total turnaround time will be from 5-7 weeks.

Q: What should I do about my screws?

A: With ProShine, if you don't want to buy new screws or if you need your screws to match the refinished hardware, we can refinish your original screw heads for you.  The price is just $0.25 per screw.

Q: Are there any guarantees/warranties?

A: Since every job is different, we do our best to provide the custom finish you want, but it is impossible to guarantee the "look."  However, our final clearcoat is warranted for one year.
